Apple is now refusing to include a third-party app for the iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone XR lineup.
Apple made the announcement last week after a leaked video revealed the iPhone 7 Plus would also come with a third camera, a larger display and an improved camera.
The iPhone 7 lineup had a larger 6.3-inch screen and a 6.2-inch display, but Apple reportedly chose not to include any third-camera camera in the iPhone 9.
The third-picture feature was a popular request for some users when Apple launched the iPhone in the US in 2016.
Apple said that if it could include a camera, it would, but it did not want to.
Apple has also been rumored to be planning a third iPhone, the Apple Watch, but the company is reportedly focused on the iPhone Pro.
The Apple Watch is expected to be released in 2018, with the iPhone and Apple Watch Series 2 expected to follow later in the year.
